Fujitsu’s A3 production scanners fi-6670 and fi-6670A are designed for user friendly operation and minimal space. The speed is among the highest in the class at 90 A4 sheets per minute in landscape at 200 dpi, in monochrome, grayscale or color, in simplex or duplex. Optical resolution is 600 dpi and output resolution is adjustable from 50 to 600 dpi in 1 dpi increments.
The exceptional document feeder with a straight paper path scans mixed batches of almost any documents in the office, thick or thin, with excellent result in monochrome, grayscale or color. The ADF holds 200 sheets (80 g/sqm) and the background is switchable white or black. Operator panels are placed on both sides of the body for positioning of the scanner according to the user’s needs.
Multi feed detection by ultrasound is standard on all models and an intelligent ignore function allows scanning of document with photos, notes, receipts, or other papers intentionally attached to the document. An optional post imprinter is available to print a string of program controlled characters on the documents to verify that they have been scanned.
Both fi-6670 and fi-6670A comes with Kofax VRS Professional, the industry standard for image adjustments and enhancement, while fi-6670A also have Kofax CGA (Color Graphics Adapter) installed for improved speed accelerating the enhancement functions by hardware.
